- Description
- The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Albuquerque Acquisition Office, intends to solicit for Architect-Engineer services that will ultimately lead to multiple awards of an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity task order contract.Pursuant to the Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47) this opportunity is open to only those firms that are 51 percent or greater Indian-owned Economic Enterprises (see 25 U.S.C. 1452(e)). The multiple award contracts resulting from the proposed solicitation will cover a range of services including Basic A-E Services (planning, design and construction Admin) and specialized technical services (environmental/NEPA studies, cost estimating, value engineering, commissioning, construction inspection, etc.). The awards will be for a base period of one year with options to extend the contracts for up to 4 additional one-year periods. The resulting contracts will be available for all BIA regional offices to use for awarding covered services during the period of the contract. We intend to send the solicitation package(s) directly to interested vendors on or about April 30th, 2010 with a response date of May 15th. Responses will be page limited submittals of SF330 which will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 36.602-1. SPECIAL NOTICE - RECOVERY FUNDING. Some of the projects awarded under the proposed contracts as task orders may be funded in whole or in part by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and will be subject to the additional reporting requirements of Public Law 111-5 and FAR 52.212-4. Firms awarded contracts under the proposed contracts resulting from this solictation will be required to agree to these requirements. Interested parties may register via this web site by adding their names and contact information to the Interested Vendors List by the response date of 04/15/2010
