- Welding Equipment - Request for Quote Subject: ARRA Equipment Bid Package (RFQ-GJCWE) - Welding Equipment American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA): These funds are provided under the ARRA. T he information will be made available to the public as required by section 1512 of the Recovery Act. Gary Job Corps Community, under contract with Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is requesting written quotes for a Welding Simulator, (7) TIG/Stick Welders, and (22) MIG/TIG/Stick Welders. Equipment specifications are provided in the attached RFQ. Written bids are due no later than noon, Thursday, April 15 th, 2010. E-Mail bids to see.marion@jobcorps.org or fax them to 512/396-6822. This RFQ does not commit MTC/Gary Job Corps Community to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a quotation, nor does it commit MTC/Gary Job Corps Community to award a contract for products, supplies or services. MTC/Gary Job Corps Center reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any formality connected with the bids without recourse from suppliers. MTC/Gary Job corps Center will be the sole judge as to which bid offers the best overall value and will serve the best interest of MTC/Gary Job Corps Center.
