- The following changes were made on 30 March 2010: 1. NAICS Code changed from 561410 (Documentation Preparation Services) to 541620 (Environmental Consulting Services). Please read Headline for overview of this project. 541620 small business size standard is less than $7.0 million revenue; no restriction on employee size. 2. Response Date remains: 29 April 2010 3. Grant Hoover email: grant.a.hoover@usace.army.mil. The contractor shall provide labor, equipment, and materials to perform AR (Administration Records) services for any or all of the nine installations managed by 15 CES/CEVR. The purpose of using the contractor is to meet the requirements set forth in Section 113(k) of CERCLA, Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) Section 113(k) and 117, USC Sections 9613(k), 9617, and the National Contingency Plan Subpart I. The Contractor shall also determine if the AR file conforms to the US EPAs Final Guidance on Administrative Records for the Selection of CERCLA Response Actions, 1990, as amended, and the EPA Office of Solid Waste and emergency Response Directive 9833.3A-1. The AR is the legal record used to document the decisions made for site restoration. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the original Air Force Files, compiling a digital backup of the AR for CEVR, and updating the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS).
