Description

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-3, " Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes" This Sources Sought (SS) Notice is for information and planning purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Requirement:: The Contractor shall provide the following BRAND NAME OR EQUAL SERVICES within the period of performance: One (1) year from date of award. THE MANUFACTURER IS HARVARD BUSINESS PUBLICATION Leadership Training for Executives - training is distance learning with modules focus on core knowledge needed as leaders transitions and leadership curriculum for the more advanced leader. oTask 1 Leadership Direct -up to 50 Slots- Description: This is a website developed and maintained by Harvard Business Publishing to deliver selected content to individual participants. This Leadership solution is a mix of Harvard Business Publishing Leadership Direct Content Categories and Labor categories. This a la carte solution enables agencies to tailor solutions that address their unique leadership goals. oTask 2 Leadership Transitions in Government -up to 60 Slots- Description: Ongoing performance support resource for Government employees transitioning to leadership roles. oTask 3 Harvard Manage/Mentor PLUS -up to 60 Slots- Description: Performance support resource that delivers accessible, action-oriented information on dozens of key management topics, developed under the guidance of foremost experts, practitioners, and business leaders. Strategic teaming and partnering of GSA Contract Holders to meet the requirements of this RFQ is allowed. Proposals using teaming or partnering to meet the requirements will clearly identify who the prime will be for this effort. Offerors that use teaming or partnering must also include an official copy of the teaming and partnering arrangement. Offerors that use teaming or partnering must indicate the GSA contract number that each line item comes from. Teaming and Partnering offerors will include copies of the GSA contracts. NAICS: 511120 The place of performance will primarily take place at the contractor's private facility but some travel may be required. Submittal information required: 1.Company Cover page, which at a minimum contains the company's name, address, Dunn & Bradstreet number, point-of-contact name, phone number and e-mail address. NOTE: 52.215-3 Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes. As prescribed in 15.209(c), insert the following provision: Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997) (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. (b) Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.
