- SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST FOR LATINO CULTURAL TRAINING AND MARKETING: The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources (i.e.: vendor, government, commercial, etc) that can provide Latino Cultural Marketing and Training services to assist the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) Recruiting and Retention Command (RCC). This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for proposal and in no way obligates the TXARNG to award a contract. This Sources Sought contains the currently available information. The TXARNG RCC recruits Soldiers, both officers and enlisted, to meet the needs of the TXARNG. This notice seeks information regarding companies that currently have the capability to provide Latino cultural training and marketing that meets the business requirements specified below: REQUIREMENTS: The TXARNG requires a Vendor to provide Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Training sessions at remote locations throughout the state of Texas. Primarily these locations should be at or near Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio but may vary to other areas of the state. Latino cultural training should assist leadership to assess immediate needs, provide guidance as needed and, insure future success. The TXARNG RCC also has the requirement for marketing advertisement designs to ensure sales and leadership skills are tailored to the individual recruiter and train the leadership to understand the Texas Latino market to effectively market in those areas. Vendors who can provide service in any or all of these areas are encouraged to respond to this Sources Sought Notice. INSTRUCTIONS: To respond to this Sources Sought Notice, a vendor must provide the following information by 12:00 pm Central time on 5 April 2010: 1. General information about your company: Company Name; Address; Point of Contact with telephone and fax number; email address; GSA Schedule Number (if applicable), DUNS number; and Tax ID number; and 2. A description of your Companys qualifications to perform this type work. The information contained in this Sources Sought Notice will be the only information provided by the TXARNG during the Sources Sought Process. All qualified sources should respond to this Notice by submitting an information page in accordance with the instruction provided. Your information shall be limited to 2 full 8 x 11 pages. The Government will not return any submitted information to the submitter. Interested vendors shall submit information in response to this Notice, at no cost to the Government. Interested vendors shall submit information in response to the Sources Sought Notice in electronic format to the Contracting Officer: Veronica Zervan at the following email address: veronica.zervan@us.army.mil. The subject line of the email should read: Sources Sought W912L1-10-T-0018 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND IS THE ONLY INFORMATION PROVIDED. THE TXARNG WILL NOT HONOR ANY QUESTIONS OR REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
