- Please provide a price quote for the following items 1) 1 each catalog # 5530-3141 CAPCELL COMPLETE ASSM 1/4 LEAD CLASS 100 (ISO 5) NUCLEAR MEDICINE DESPENSING ISOLATOR 2) 1 each catalog # 5130-3215, CRC-25R COMPLETE W/ CHAMBER Specificatons: 1) The catalog numbers listed are from CAPINTEC. 8) Offerors are requested to quote on the item as specified or an equivalent 2) "Equivalent" offers shall provide complete specifications and/or descriptive literature for any alternates offered, stating catalog number, manufacturer, packaging. Offerors are requested to indicate any differences from the specifications listed. Failure to provide complete information may cause offer to be non-responsive 3) Warranty period shall be ______ months, including parts, labor and travel 4) All offers must be F.O.B. destination 5) Any shipping charges must be identified and listed on the response for evaluation. 6) Freight over $250.00.
