- SHORTHLIST NOTICE OF A/E FIRMS The Architectural-Engineer evaluation team has recommended the following firms for an interview in no order of preference. The interview will determine the most highly qualified firms for the performance of services under the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) GS05P10SID0157, Architect-Engineer Supplemental Services, Various Locations Northern Illinois and Northwest Indiana, including Rockford Illinois. The firms selected are: Krueck - Sexton, Chicago, Illinois; FARR Associates, Chicago, Illinois; Johnson & Lasky, Chicago, Illinois; Searl Lamaster Howe Architects, Chicago, Illinois; Folgers Architects, Chicago, Illinois; Melvin Cohen and Associates, Inc., Chicago, Illinois; Koo & Associates LTD; Built Form, LLC, Chicago, Illinois. Four contracts will be awarded for projects for Various Locations in Northern Illinois and Northwest Indiana, including Rockford, Illinois. The duration of the four base contracts will be for one year with a provision in each contract for four one-year options, which may be exercised at the option of the Government depending on the firm's performance on past projects regarding timeliness, quality and completeness of design.
