- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Solicitation number is FA9302-10-M-F021. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20100305. NAICS is 334119 and the size standard is 1000 employees; FSC code is 5998. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The AFFTC/PKE, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following supplies. Description of Item: MFG. Acra Control - Dual-Channel Bit Synchronizer PCI Card, Model #:GTS/BSC/005 - Brand Name or Equal Minimum Salient Characteristics for Dual-Channel Bit Synchronizer PCI Card - QTY - (2): -- Universal PCI short-form card - Must be listed in the IADS data source pull down menu - Must support two independent PCM streams (single ended or differential) - Support Date Rates from 500kbps to 14Mbps (input and output) - Support the following PCM Code Types: NRZ, RNRZ-L-11/13/15/17, or BI-O-L/S/M - Programmable Loop bandwidths from 0.01% to 0.4% CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH FAR 52.204-7 CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION AND DFARS 252.204-7004, ALTERNATE A.
