- RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BLACK RIDGE SAGE GROUSE GUZZLER. The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, is soliciting for offers for the Recovery-HR Gunnison Sage Grouse Habitat Improvements Black Ridge Sage Grouse Guzzler project. THESE PROJECTS WILL BE FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) (RECOVERY ACT) OF 2009. Description of Work: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for two Government-furnished drinkers, to construct a watering facility, known as a guzzler, for sage grouse. Location: Work under this Contract is located in Delta County, Colorado. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238990, with a standard size of $14M. The cost is under $100,000. The estimated release date for the request for quote is April 12, 2010. Site tour is scheduled for Monday, April 26, 2010, at 1pm Mtn Time. Meeting place is at the US Post Office in Crawford. The address is 26 Highway 92, Crawford, Colorado 81415. Responses are due no later than 5pm Mtn Time, May 12, 2010 to the BLM, Attn: Felicia Trujillo.
