- TO PROCURE a brand name or equal of one (1) SonoSite Part number L05322: M-Turbo 1.2.1 Portable Ultrasound System, with the following packages: One (1) SonoSite Part number P08523, Cardiology package M-turbo. One (1) SonoSite part number P07694, L38x/10-5 MHz transducer Biopsy Compatible. One (1) SonoSite part number P08800; Mobile docking system. One (1) Medical grade, Black and White video Printer with all interface cables. One (1) User Guide. Two (2) Service Manual. Other minimum requirements are the Portable Ultrasound System cannot weigh more than 20lbs., the keyboard must be Sealed/Fluid resistant, the transducer must be durable enough to pass a 3 foot drop test, Set-up/familiarization training and a minimum of a 12 month warranty. This is a brand name or equal purchase and any offer must meet or exceed all requirements above. This solicitation FA8601-10-T-0156 is a request for quotations. This RFQ is issued under simplified acquisition procedures. The size standard for this effort is 500 employees. NAICS 334510. Delivery: 2 - 4 weeks. FOB: Destination.
