- SOLICITATION FOR FY10 SBIR PHASE I The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Domestic Nuclear Detection Office Acquisition Division (DNDOAD) is seeking proposals for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR), Program, Phase I. The Objective of the DHS/DNDO/SBIR Program is to include stimulating technological innovation, strengthening the role of small business in meeting research and development needs, fostering and encouraging participation by socially and economically disadvantaged small business concerns in technological innovation, and increasing the commercial application of DHS supported research or R&D results.
