- RECOVERY: BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT, NATIONAL INTERAGENCY FIRE CENTER MODULAR BUILDING 105 CONSTRUCTION. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single, firm fixed-priced contract for the supply and installation of a pre-engineered modular building of approximately eighteen thousand and seventy gross square foot (18,070 gsf) on the National Interagency Fire Center campus. The project site is located in Boise, Ada County, Idaho. Project price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This acquisition is advertised as Full and Open Competition. North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 236220, the Size Standard is $33.5 million. The anticipated period of performance is 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, estimated to begin approximately July 1, 2010. To obtain the solicitation and/or amendments/updates for this project, contractors shall register and download from FedConnect (https://www.fedconnect.net). Full funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award will utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
