Description

The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) is soliciting sources for Perfect Fryer Model PFA7200 or Equal (1 qty) for Mess Hall at Pu'uloa Range, Ewa, Hawaii. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of commercial items. The provisions and clauses in the Request for Quotation are those in effect through FAC 2005-13. The solicitation number is M00318-10-T-0029. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classifications System code (NAICS) and the small business standard for this procurement is 333294 and 500 employees respectively. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration database to be eligible for a Department of Defense contract award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotations are due no later than 30 March 2010, 4:00PM Hawaii Standard Time. The Government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and technical factors considered.
