Description

This solicitation is for Box Delivery Service in the Ardmore, OK Area. Service is mailbox to mailbox. Offerors must provide a vehicle: Passenger Car, Station Wagon, or a Pickup w/Camper Shell with at least 40 cubic feet of useable space. The minimum insurance requirements are: $100,000 per person, $500,000 per accident, and $100,000 property damage, or a combined single limit policy of $600,000. FAX BID PROPOSALS TO (901) 747-7484 BY MARCH 29, 2010 3:00PM CENTRAL TIME. The supplier should INCLUDE THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF FUEL GALLONS, THE COST PER GALLON, AND THE TOTAL COST FOR FUEL to be purchased on line 6 (fuel) of Form 7468A, Highway Transportation Contract – Bid or Renewal Worksheet. Fuel will be adjusted in accordance with the Fuel Management Program (see the enclosed Fuel Management Program document dated December 2009). Your bid must include all operational, labor, and miscellaneous expenses that you expect to incur pertaining to this contract. Such expenses may include (but are not limited to): Driver/Drug Screening Maintenance of equipment (e.g., oil, tires, vehicle repair) Salary Profit The Postal Service reserves the right to award this solicited service with or without discussions
