A costfactor of $10,000.00 will be added, for solicitation purposes, to the price ofall offers for whom the government will require such testing. All offerors arerequested to submit a proposal with FAT and without FAT. If the Contractorrequests waiver of FAT, please submit at time of proposal. This acquisition willbe 100% set aside for Small Business. Drawings/techniNECO website atwww.NECO.navy.mil. This website will provide contractors with a direct link toFedTeds for the drawings/technical data package. All offerors must be registeredin the Central Contractor Registration database. Additionally, all offerors mustbe registered in ORCA. Offerors must check the on-line application athttps://orca.bpn.gov/publicsearch.aspx. All offerors are notified that a reverseauction may be conducted in response to the solicitation.
