Description

RECOVERYTAS:: 14 1035:: TAS Recovery PMIS 49602 & 156801 - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION 8(a) PROGRAM in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.8 and is limited to 8(a) contractors within the state of Florida. Interested contractors must have an established office within the state. The solicitation release date will be on or about 29 March 2010. There will be a Pre-Proposal site visit on April 7, 2010 @ 10:00am EST. NAICS Code: 236118, Size Standard: $33.5M. The National Park Service, Southeast Region intends to issue a solicitation for an 8(a) competed procurement.The contractor shall produce an all phase project to replace mobile homes and replace lab & dorm trailers withconstructed facilities at Key Largo, FL. The contractor shall provide labor, supplies, and materials to construct theproject in it's entirety. When issued the solicitation may be viewed online at either http://www.fedbizopps.gov or http://ideasec.nbc.gov Estimated cost range of the construction project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. All solicitations must be received in this office no later than the date specifed in the solicitation or any admendments. This project is being procured pursuant to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and all ARRA clauses will be applicable. If award is made, the awardee is subject to reporting requirements in accordancewith ARRA and FAR 52.204-11.
