Description

RECOVERY TAS::14 1112::TAS Project Number LDTDF0330000 Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Design-Build This is a Bureau of Land Management project awarded and administered by USFWS. SUBJECT TO THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO IDIQ HOLDERS AWARDED AS RESULT OF SOLICITATION 982109R207 MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) ON THE EASTERN HALF OF THE UNITED STATES. The three companies who will be competing for this project are Perini Management Services, Inc., MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc.and BlueScope Construction, Inc. Full and open solicitation 982109R207 was a two step acquisition under FAR 36.3 and FAR Part 15 and was awarded on December 9, 2009. The project includes the design and construction of a small parking area, a trailhead with an information/orientation kiosk and approximately one quarter mile of permeable trail that must meet the Americans with Disabilities Act standards.
