Description

RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This modification will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This modification to an existing work order is issued to assist the generation of a retro-commissioning study to confirm proposed energy upgrades that will reduce operation and maintenance costs, and identify additional opportunities to reduce energy demands. It will also propose upgrades, which will include installing high performance HVAC equipment and components and new energy efficient lighting in areas impacted by the air distribution work. The design work for this modification will take place at the Carlson Federal Building located at 444 SE Quincy, Topeka, KS 66683. This proposed action will be Modification PS02 to Work Order 94 and is only available to Piper-Wind Architects, Inc. 1330 Baltimore Avenue, Suite 3050, Kansas City, Missouri 64105. The FSC Code is C211 and the NAICS Code is 541310. The amount of this modification is approximately $242,000.00.
