- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Bureau of Land Management, National Operations Center (NOC), intends to award a call/task order against the competitively awarded Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for GCDB and Land Records Services to procure services for GCDB Data Integration in New Mexico. The BPA being utilized is L10PA00578, and was awarded to Premier Data Services through GSA contract number GS-35F-0418K. The BPA was competed amongst GSA contract holders and Premier Data Services proved to provide the best value to the government. This opportunity is only available to the current BPA contract holder. This notice is not a solicitation for offers. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be sent to the designated BPA contract holder. This acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 518210. Below is a general description of the services required. Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, New Mexico BLM has been tasked with ensuring positional mapping accuracy of records and boundaries in support of renewable energy development. The BLM has been compiling survey, title, and legal land description information to accurately portray the Public Land Survey System (PLSS) and title information in support of parcel based display of geographic information. This task order is to improve the accuracy of the depiction of the PLSS within GCDB. Below is an outline of the tasks required to help accomplish this task. The vendor shall complete GPS corner collection for 203 corners, import 1172 GPS coordinates into 1172 GCDB township files, complete regional adjustment of 638 township subset of the 1172 townships, complete FixAN on the 444 ARRA townships within the 638 townships. Remonumentation of government corner positions is not allowed under this award. Monuments shall be described as found and not rehabilitated. The contractor will not use accessories to establish a corner position, but accessories may be used to verify that a monument is in the position of record.
