- This sources sought Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational and planning purposes. The Air Force is conducting market research and desires input from industry to assist in requirements planning. The information requested by this synopsis will be used within the Air Force to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. Please note: The Air Force will not be responsible for any cost incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI. The Air Mobility Command (AMC) is interested in identifying capable sources to provide one (1) Dual Controller (DC) and one (1) Environmental Control Unit (ECU) with 36k BTU cool, 6K watts heat, refrigerant R-134a, unit weight of 300 Ibs and a rated supply voltage of 208-230/3/50/60 Hz. Items must be new not reconditioned or refurbished. Place of delivery is Joint Base McGuire-DIX-LAKEHURST, NJ. Information Requested: 1. Company Information: Name, Address, telephone number, FAX number, point of contact(s) name(s), phone number, e-mail address. 2. Capability of furnishing the items listed above. Capability information should include a brief description of the items. The capability package must be clear, concise, and complete. The Air Force is under no obligation to provide feedback to the company, or to contact the company for clarification of any information submitted in response to this request. 3. Identification of business size and whether currently designated a Small Business as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 19.1 and the appropriate categories (small business (SB), small disadvantaged business (SDB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), 8(a) certified small business, service disabled veteran-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, woman-owned small business). Small business size standards are published by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and may be found at www.sba.gove/size/sizetable2002.html. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333415. Small Business size is 750 employees. 4. Any other information deemed useful to the Air Force.
