Description
Requirement: The United States Government is seeking expressions of interest from potential sources for office space to house the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The Government is interested in leasing approximately 4,000-4,830 Rentable Square Feet / 4,000-4,200 ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet of contiguous office space and one (1) surface parking space in the Town of Grand Chute, WI and Corporate City Limits of Appleton, WI within the boundaries designated below. The U.S. Government's existing lease in Grand Chute, WI is expiring and the Government is considering if alternative space is economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocation, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure. Delineated Area: The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area of the Town of Grand Chute, WI and Corporate City Limits of Appleton, WI: Beginning at the Northwest intersection of N. Mayflower Drive and W. Edgewood Drive Continuing East on W. Edgewood Drive straight through Bubolz Nature Preserve continuing on W. Edgewood Dr. to N. French Road then continuing South on N. French Road to E. Northland Avenue then continuing West on E. Northland Avenue to N. Lynndale Drive then Continuing South on N. Lynndale Drive to W. Prospect Avenue then Continuing West on W. Prospect Avenue to N. Mayflower Drive then Continuing North on N. Mayflower Drive and reconnecting to W. Edgewood Drive Term: The anticipated term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be a fully serviced lease. Occupancy: Occupancy is required by February 1, 2011. Owners & Authorized Agents: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and must include at a minimum; rental quotes based on a fully serviced lease (including all utilities and cleaning), building address, date of availability, floor size, location of space within the building and parking availability. The space must meet Government requirements for fire, safety and handicapped access in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) and include all services and utilities. Submission by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to represent the building's ownership. In instances where the agent is representing more than one ownership entity, the agent must submit written permission and acknowledgement to represent multiple owners for the same submission.
