- Description
- The Black Hills National Forest, Mystic Ranger District has small business set-aside contract opportunities for data collection of common stand examination and related work on approximately 1,587 plots within Pennington and Lawrence counties of South Dakota. Anticipated work will start in late May 2010. A best value award will be made to one or more qualified contractors for a firm fixed price, performance-based contract. The successful contractor(s) will be required to furnish all necessary labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies and incidentals necessary to provide data collected through field investigations in accordance with the Common Stand Exam User Guide and Region specific Appendices. Contract time will be determined through the contractor’s proposal but not to exceed September 23, 2010. SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED BY April 8, 2010.
