Description: This Contract is to provide harbor support services and ship handling for the Morehead City, NC area covering a 45 day period. The performance period will require an estimated total of six moves. The first two estimated moves will require (4) four U.S. flag tugs each in support of Wasp Class LHD. The next four estimated moves will each require (3) three U.S. flag tugs each in support of Whidbey Island Class LSD or a San Antonio Class LPD.
