Description

Justification & Approval Justification & Approval Justification & Approval Justification & Approval Justification & Approval Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition - Attached are prior issuance of modifications to Contract SP4500-05-D-0015 for extension of services to be rendered for DRMO Corpus Christi (CCAD), Ingleside, Kingsville for hazardous waste removal and disposal. These modifications represents extensions of the contract until a new (54) month Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contract has been awarded for continued service to cover future requirements. This J&A is for an additional 30-day continuance of the contract with Tr-State Government Services, inwhich expires on April 5, 2010. Reference the J&As for more information.
