- North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 423830. This procurement is for the purchase and installation of (4) CNC Knee Mills in support of General Tool Room Machining at CAAA (Crane Army Amunition Activity). This procurement is a brand name (Kent Industrial{USA}Inc.) or equal. A complete list of the salient features, functions, and specifications will be provided with the solicitation that the offeror must meet or exceed. The machines, accessories, and components shall be received at CAAA within 90 days date after award. Vendor will notify the point of contact at CAAA of the delivery date a minimum of 5 working days prior to arrival of machines. Installation, prove-out, and training are to be completed within 7 days of receipt of machine unless extended by the government. FOB Destination, Crane Army Amunition Activity, Crane, IN. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. Electronic bid submission will ONLY be accepted in response to this solicitation IF and ONLY IF the completed solicitation is included as an attachment in its ENTIRETY. Otherwise, all proposals must be faxed or mailed in by the specified date and time. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov or contact CCR at 1-888-227-2423. Approximate issue date for solicitation W52P1J-10-T-3032 is 02 APR 2010 with an approximate proposal due date 03 MAY 2010. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.osc.army.mil/ac/aais/ioc and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
