Description
RECOVERY:THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE (NPS) Northeast Region intends to enter into negotiations with a firm to be determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for the replacement of condensing towers at Steamtown National Historic Site located in Scranton, PA. This opportunity is only available to the Small Business Administration under the Small Business Act (15 USC 637 (a). This is not a request for quotations. This announcement is not a solicitation for offers. The NPS anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to a capable 8(a) firm pursuant to FAR 19.8 and FAR 6.302-5(b)(4). The estimated price range of this effort is $250,000 to $500,000. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) 238220.
