- This acquisition includes the purchase of a source control drawing P/N RL679 IAW 584R114A0. API ELECTRONICS (52333) is the approved manufacturer and/or has supplied the item in the past. The intent is to award an indefinite quantity type contract for a one year base and one option year. Solicitation and NSN will be available for download on the Internet at pttps://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. on its issue date. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Quantity (including option quantity): 41 Unit of Issue: Each Destination Infomation: W25G1U W1BG DEF DIST DEPOT SUSQUE DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY 2001 NORMANDY DRIVE DOOR 113 TO 134 NEW CUMBERLAND PA 17070-5002 US Delivery Schedule: Government Delivery schedule of 386 days All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approval and implemented in the United States (U.S.) by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U. S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the overnment is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officier their interst and capability to satisfy the Governmment's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The solicitation will be available at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. On its issue date of April 9, 2010. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or ore times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 2 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
