Description

Justifcation for Other Than Full and Open Competition The General Services Administration (GSA), Greater Southwest Region, has authorized a construction project at the Texarkana U.S. Post Office/Courthouse/Federal Building to repair and restore the decorative plaster and repaint of cornice and wall surfaces of the side and back or room walls, and the localized plaster damage causing the loss of acoustic tiles at the ceiling and the cleaning and repainting of the diffusers at the ceiling. The work to be performed hereunder includes the furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, scaffolding and equipment (unless otherwise noted) and shall be planned, scheduled, coordinated to assure effective performance to Refurbish Historic Interior Finishes in the Arkansas and Texas Ceremonial Courtrooms at the U.S. Post Office/ Courthouse/ Federal Building, Texarkana, Arkansas and Texas.
