- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 17,584 RSF (YIELDING APPROXIMATELY 15,290 - 16,055 USF) OF OFFICE SPACE IN ROCHESTER, NY SOLICITATION # 9NY2295 The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 17,584 rentable square feet (approximately 15,290 - 16,055 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet) of contiguous office space located on a single floor. Space must be above ground level and must be serviced by at least two elevators, one of which may serve as a freight elevator. The space must meet requirements for fire and life safety plus handicapped access in accordance with PL-90-480. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm with sixty (60) days cancellation notice. DELINEATED AREA: Rochester, New York as described by the area below: Northern Boundary: Inner Loop, University Avenue Eastern Boundary: Goodman Street Southern Boundary: Interstate 490, Broadway Street Western Boundary: Inner Loop EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN APRIL 2, 2010 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1. Building name and address, and location of space in the building 2. Legal description 3. One-eighth inch scale drawing of the space being offered 4. ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5. Rentable Square Feet offered and Rental Rate per square foot. (Specifying services, utilities, electricity and tenant improvement allowance included) 6. Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet 7. Name, address, telephone number and email address of individual to be contacted Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
