Description

RECOVERY: This is an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) procurement. Inclusion of unique provisions required implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror will be required. The U.S. Forest Service, EROC-NW, servicing Region 6 has a requirement for steel frame with wood top picnic tables. The contractor shall be responsible for supply and delivery of tables meeting the specifications in the solicitation. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the Government. This acquisition will be set-aside for small businesses. Contractors are required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation is anticipated to be issued March 31, 2010. The Request for Quote package may be obtained by sending a request to one of the points of contact listed below.
