Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requisition Number W81EWF-0032-8277 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333314 (SIC 3827). Size Standards is 500 Employees. All cost associated with delivery to Alexandria, VA shall be included in the quote. FOB Destination: Alexandria, VA. The USACE, Engineer Research & Development Center, Topographic Engineering Center TI&G Research Division has a need for the following: Hyperspec " SWIR Imaging Spectrometer with Motorized Pan & Tilt, brand name or equal. P/N#1003A-10170; P/N#1004A-21337; P/N#1004A-21352; P/N#1004A-66666. Other brands will be evaluated for physical, functional, and performance characteristics. Line Item 0001: Spectrograph Imaging System, Quantity 1, Unit: Lump sum, Unit Price: _______, Total Amount_______ Specifications are as follows: 1. Integrated hyperspectral SWIR imaging spectrometer with 4-stage TE-cooled MCT SWIR camera with 320 x 256 30 micron pixels;14 bit operation; 60 fps full frame; Camera Link connection 2. Reflective, aberration-corrected concentric spectrograph design (Split-Offner-style) to eliminate the chromatic aberrations seen in transmissive optical designs 3. Original, (not replicated) low-scatter, aberration-corrected convex diffraction grating. Excellent stray light performance. No transmissive optics permitted. 4. Spectral range = 1,000-2,500nm 5. F/2.0 aperture for high signal through-put 6. Extremely low distortion; less than a fraction of a pixel smile and keystone 7. 18mm tall slit for wide field of view (FOV); 12, 16, 25, 30, 40, 60, and 100 micron wide slits available 8. Spectrograph, MCT camera, camera mount, and lens to weigh less than 15 lbs. 9. Extremely compact spectrometer design not to exceed 9.3x 8.2x 5.0 10. Integrated pan and tilt platform to scan imager across a scene; 0.0075 degree position resolution; Up to 120 degree per second; 11. Acquisition and control software to control image acquisition from the MCT camera and to control the movement of the Pan & Tilt platform, create hyperspectral cubes, and allow for classification and rendering of images; creates industry standard.bil data files compatible with ENVI or HyperCube image analysis software 12. 25mm F/L achromatic lens with adjustable iris aperture and focus for SWIR imaging spectrometer 13.
