- The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 541330. The Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to modify contract N63394-04-D-1154 to extend the contract an additional five months through 31 August 2010. This extension is required to ensure continued support of the Guided Missile Launching Systems (GMLS), potential replacement launching systems, and peripheral combat system equipment. The contractor is BAE Systems, Land and Armaments Inc., Armament Systems Division (ASD), Minneapolis, Minnesota. This modification will allow sufficient time to award the follow-on contract currently in process. Support provided by the contract includes design engineering services, design studies, engineering investigations, technical services, technical documentation, installation of engineering changes, repair, modification, and overhaul/replacement, to include but not limited to the GMLS, MK13, MK26, training equipment, and ! GLMS ancillary equipments of the United States allied Navies under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case. The anticipated date for the modification is 1 April 2010. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
