The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 1,306 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space must be contiguous. The building must be located within the following delineated area: City limits of Pocatello, ID The proposed lease is for ten years, five years firm and should be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
