- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W9127N09C0003 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District (USACE - Portland) has issued Modification 5 to Contract W9127N09C0003 for the Summer Lake Waterfowl Habitat. This modification is for the final adjustment in fill quantities for Gold Dike Island including slope protection and the temporary haul road. For Gold Dike Island only 5,802 cubic yards of fill were needed resulting in a credit for 98 cubic yards of fill. For the temporary access road, only 1,653 cubic yards of fill were needed resulting in a credit for 347 cubic yards of fill. The total decrease in ARRA funding and the contract award amount is $21,576.72.
