- Description
- Description of equipment listing of software/applications support, power and peripheral eqipment. Maintenance to be performed on the following equipment, see attached listing. Maintenance will include BARRS updates, Remote Monitoring for failures (Corps PBX will send errors to remote site) Mat administration and updates, Pure Request ports and updates, Call Pilot and updates, and Companion wireless system and updates. Maintenance to include a 4-hour response time which will include parts or software onsite with technician. This services will be provided 24 hrours per day, 7 days a week (24 x 7) If part is outside a 50-mile radius then a 6-hour response time will be acceptable as the exception and not the norm. Venor will demonstrate that parts distribution center is within 50 miles of this site and that it stocks parts needed to repair the equipment listed above.
