- Project 568-10-104, Replace Bldg. 148 Air Conditioning Systems - This project includes removal and replacement of existing air handling units and associated ductwork, and installation of new fan coil units and associated chilled water and heating water piping. Work also includes associated removal and replacement of existing ceilings and light fixtures, as well as other related work. Award of this project will be in accordance with Public Law (PL) 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006. It is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All SDVOSBs must register in the VetBiz.gov Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database, available at www.VetBiz.gov, to be eligble for award. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS: 238220, P&S: Z149. This solicitation will be posted on the FederalBusinessOpportunities (FBO) website O/A April 2, 2010.
