- NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL BE ISSUED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED AS A DELIVERY ORDER ISSUED UNDER AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND REQUIRED BECAUSE FUNDING UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 WILL BE USED FOR THE WORK. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, tools, equipment and materials to design and install fire suppression systems at the following locations under the responsibility of the Phoenix Area Office of the Indian Health Service: •Phoenix Indian Medical Center, Phoenix Arizona •Desert Visions Youth Regional Treatment Center, Sacaton, Arizona •Keams Canyon 4-Plex Housing Units, Keams Canyon, Arizona •Whiteriver Chronic Care Initiative Modular, Whiteriver, Arizona •Ft. Duchesne Health Center, Ft. Duchesne, Utah •Moapa Clinic, Moapa, Nevada Design and installation of the fire suppression systems shall be in accordance with all applicable NEPA, Federal, Tribal, State and Local requirements.Designs shall be under the direction of a registered professional fir protection engineer. All final design drawings shall carry their stamp. The magnitude of this construction requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This requirement is for a proposal leading to issuance of a delivery order under a competitively awarded Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service. The contractor is Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc with a field office in Phoenix, Arizona.
