- RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE BOISE DISTRICT LIGHTING MOTION SENSORS. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The work consists of furnishing all labor and materials necessary to install occupancy detection sensors on existing lighting equipment throughout the Boise District Office Complex. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238990, with a standard size of $14.0M. The project site is located in Ada County, Idaho. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $30,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is March 29, 2010. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
