Description

This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the IDIQ contractors, under the Manhattan Service Center's Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts for the Repairs and Alterations, Multiple-Award contracts with design capability for Federally-Owned and Leased Space in New York City, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties in New York State. This presolicitation notice is for the Mechanical and Electrical Tune-Up Revisions at the Alexander Hamilton Custom House, 1 Bowling Green, New York, N.Y. This project is expected to commence on or about May 2010. The issue date of the Request for Proposal is March 5, 2010 and a closing date of March 16, 2010 at 3:00 PM. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed price delivery order.
