Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This procurement will be satisfied by award to a current Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract holder under Schedule 56 Special Item Number (SIN) 563 4 with a North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 238160 with the annual size standard of $14,000,000.00. General Services Administration (GSA) has a need for a contractor to remove the existing EPDM roof system and install a new built-up roof system located at the Minneapolis U.S. Courthouse at 300 S. Fourth Street, Minneapolis, MN. The intent of this project is to remove the existing roof and replace with a new built-up roof system, remove any wet insulation and replace with new insulation to insulate the roof system to an R-50 value upon completion, and apply a cool white roof coating or membrane with a solar reflective index of not less than 78.
