Description

Sole Source Letter The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron/LGCC, Hurlburt Field FL intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to VIASAT, INC. for the acquisition of 6 each ESEM encryption modules for use with EBEM MODEMs. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334220 and the size standard is 750. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities statement which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. This NOTICE OF CONTRACTING ACTION (NCOA) is for notification purposes only and does not consitute a solicitation for bids or proposals.
