Description
The 409th CSB/ECC-E (Wiesbaden Contracting Center-Europe) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Monthly Type Contract on full and open competition basis, for services of field level maintenance/repair, storage, and transport of unit vehicles and equipment located at the Equipment Storage Site-Expanded (ESS-X), Mannheim, Germany. The contract will also include two Time and Material Contract Line Items (CLINS) for overtime and travel necessary to accomplish the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). PWS tasking include services for: maintenance operations (vehicles and related equipment), repair parts requesting and class IX recovery, maintaining the ESS-X Warehouse, transportation and recovery of vehicles and equipment, Government Furnished Property (GFP) inventory and accounting, and the necessary administrative functions to ensure all PWS tasks are performed and accounted for in accordance with the PWS and applicable Army rules and regulations. The period of performance will be one-year base period with two one-year options. The anticipated award date is 01 July 2010. Specific task details and the level of effort shall be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912CM-10-T-0037 to be issued on or about 01 April 2010 to close 30 days after the RFQ issue date. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representation and certification via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the written RFQ. Evaluation for award will consider technical capability, experience/past performance and price. All responses shall be submitted in writing to the listed in the RFQ, Block 6 of the Standard Form 1449.
