- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, WA is soliciting for silver reclamation services of silver bearing material from scrap batteries. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for proposal (RFP) N00253-10-R-5002 is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Federal Circulars 2005-38 are included in the attached solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 331492 and has a size standard of 750. This procurement is a small business set-a-side. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation.
