- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This is not a solicitation. The General Services Administration (GSA), PBS, Design and Construction Division intends to award a Task Order under an existing multiple award Construction Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for a Construction Contractor to provide Construction and AE services for the Building Systems project at the Holtsville, NY IRS Service Center. The building systems project includes the installation of various products. Included in the base contract are the following: replace existing Central Plant with High Efficiency Boiler and Centrifugal Chillers Plant, Create and Implement M&V Plan, reset Hot Water Temperature, Chilled Water Temperature and Condenser Water Temperature, optimize Setpoints for HVAC, Schedule for HVAC and Economizer. Various options include: Installation of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) on the Cooling Tower Fans; Hot Water Pumps and Chilled Water Pumps. Calibrate Airflow, Pressure and Temperature Sensors of major HVAC equipment, Static Pressure Reset for AHUs, Differential Pressure Reset for pumps with VFDs, and BAS upgrade. Roof Replacement. Installation of Intelligent, Distributed Lighting Control System and installation of LED Fixtures in Parking Lot. The construction contractor will provide design services as necessary.
