P/N: 7-311632206-3 Quantity: 30 each Delivery: 750 days Solicitation issue date: March 30, 2010 Solicitation closing date: April 29, 2010 This solicitation a for a Definite Quantity Contract to the approved source: Boeing Helicopters (8V613). All other manufacturers must submit a SAR package for approval, a process that could take 180 days. The business size is UNRESTRICTED. FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is DESTINATION. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other Than Full And Open Competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources.
