THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT/DELIVERY ORDER NUMBER FA5215-09-D-0004-5000: THURSTON PACIFIC INC., 1090 MIKOLE STREET, HONOLULU, HI 96819. THIS MODIFICATION WAS ISSUED TO EXTEND PERFORMANCE PERIOD FOR 90 CALENDAR DAYS DUE TO GOVERNMENT DELAY CAUSED BY UNFORESEEN CRITICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS, COORDINATION ON JOB SITE AVAILABILITY, AND COMMUNICATIONS ON NOTIFICATION.
