- RECOVERY - Burns Steens Loop Road Reconstruct. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This is a five-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity project not to exceed $9,000,000. The work consists of road work. Road work includes, but not limited to the following: culvert and ditch line excavation, roadway grading, furnishing and installing culverts, cleaning culverts, installing crushed aggregate surfacing, hauling and disposal of excess excavation, installing riprap, removal of roadway berm, removal of trees, and incidental construction. NAICS Code is 237310. Project site is located in Harney County, Burns District, Oregon. Project price range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Estimated start work is May 15, 2010. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%. This solicitation is posted on www.fedconnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available.
