- RFQ (QSDLAA-S3-10-0928-2OM)- Napkin Dispenser, Paper NAPKIN, DISPENSER, PAPER Material - Stainless steel Capacity - 125 - 150 folded napkins (3-1/2" x 7") minimum Unit of Issue - EA (each) Design and construction. The body of the paper napkin dispenser shall be constructed from 400 series corrosion-resisting steel and shall be 28 gauge or better. The dispenser shall have two openings for dispensing napkins, 180 degrees apart. The dispenser shall hold a minimum of 125 folded paper napkins measuring 7 inches in length by 3-1/2 inches in width. The dispenser shall be capable of holding an equal number of napkins on both sides.
