- NSN: 1680-01-312-3215; PR: 0022780684; Item: Grip Assembly, Contr; P/N: 707-8002. The only approved source for this item in regards to the specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement is. Esterline Mason Electric Company (CAGE 81579) P/N: 707-8002. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement acquire acquisition directly from the actual manufacturer, the government has inadequate data and/or lacks rights to data (sole source). Any manufacturer, other than Esterline Mason Electric Company (CAGE 81579) P/N: 707-8002, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an UNRESTRICTED Firm Fixed Price contract for 10 each. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control. Production delivery will be 180 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK). Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be March 25, 2010 with a closing date of April 26, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
