Description

Description: This is to provide notification of the Governments intent to sole source an interim Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for Military Language Instructors (MLI) at the Presidio of Monterey, California to the incumbent contractor L-3 Services Inc., pending negotiations, for a six (6) month period, 01 April 2010 through 31 August 2010. The purpose of the interim contract is to allow adequate time for the new competitive Base plus Four Option Year contract to be solicited / awarded by the Fort Dix, NJ contracting office. The Federal Supply Code is 6910, the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8299, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541720 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7 Million in Annual Sales.
